具有博士研究生以上學(xué)歷且持工作類居留許可在北京工作的外籍華人，可以申請辦理外國人永久居留。

申請人有效外國護照和在北京辦理的有效工作類居留許可復(fù)印件。

申請人需提供曾取得外國定居資格憑證、入籍紙或戶籍謄本、入籍時使用的中國護照；或提交北京市僑務(wù)辦公室出具的外籍華人憑證函件原件。

國外（申請之日前連續(xù)居留2年以上的所有國家或地區(qū)）無犯罪記錄憑證復(fù)印件（憑證須經(jīng)中國駐該國使領(lǐng)館認證，或提交所屬國駐華使（領(lǐng)）館出具的憑證，憑證及中國駐外使領(lǐng)館的認證出具時間均應(yīng)在受理之日前6個月內(nèi)）。

單位登記憑證復(fù)印件。企業(yè)應(yīng)出具公司《營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本》，其他單位應(yīng)出具《事業(yè)單位法人證書》等憑證材料。如任職單位是外商投資企業(yè)的，企業(yè)還應(yīng)出具《外商投資企業(yè)批準證書》或《外商投資企業(yè)設(shè)立備案回執(zhí)》、《外商投資企業(yè)變更備案回執(zhí)》。

《外國人工作許可證》、《外國人就業(yè)證》或《外國專家證》復(fù)印件。有關(guān)任職單位、職務(wù)及個人情況等信息應(yīng)與任職憑證等有關(guān)憑證一致。
Resumeoftheapplicant(fromtheageof18tonow,consecutiveyearsandmonthsarerequired).
申請人個人簡歷（18周歲至今，要求年份和月份之間連續(xù)）。
Note:1.ThecertificatesissuedbyrelevantforeigninstitutionsshallbecertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthatcountry.
注：1.外國有關(guān)機構(gòu)出具的憑證需經(jīng)中國駐該國使領(lǐng)館認證。
2.ForeignlanguagematerialsshallbetranslatedintoChineseandstampedwiththeofficialsealofthetranslationcompany.
2.外文材料需譯成中文，并在翻譯件上加蓋翻譯公司公章。
3.Theoriginalshallbereviewedbeforesubmittingthecopy,andanA4copyisrequired.
3.遞交復(fù)印件前均需審核原件，需一份A4規(guī)格復(fù)印件。

4.申請人如需在“綠卡”上打印中文姓名，應(yīng)在申請表上“其他需說明的事項”欄目中明示是否打印中文姓名。

5.未注銷中國戶籍的人員，應(yīng)注銷戶籍后再提出申請。
