按照省、市疫情防控工作要求，結(jié)合學校實際，為確保師生身體健康和校園安全，現(xiàn)將2022年秋季學期留學生開學返校有關事項通知如下：
AccordingtotherequirementsofCOV左邊ID右邊-19PreventionandControlofLiaoningandDalian,combinedwiththerealityofDongbeiUniversityofFinanceandEconomics(DUFE),inordertoensurethehealthofteachers&studentsandcampussafety,thearrangementofSIEoftheopeningandreturnforAutumn2022isnotifiedasfollows：
一、非2022級學歷生（本科生、研究生）
8月29日起，開始線上教學。
Non-2022freshmen(undergraduatesandpostgraduates)startedtotakeonlineclassesfromAugust29th.
二、2022級學歷生（本科生、研究生）
9月19日，開始線上教學。入學教育按國際教育學院秋季學期日程表進行。
2022Freshmen(undergraduatesandpostgraduates)willstarttotakeonlineclassesfromSeptember19th.TheFreshmenOrientationLectureswillbearrangedwiththeautumnsemesterscheduleofSIE.
三、語言進修生
9月14日起，開始線上教學。
AlltheLanguagestudentswillstarttotakeonlineclassesfromSeptember14th.
四、返校安排
Arrangementofreturningtoschool
具體返校時間和要求將根據(jù)疫情防控情況另行通知，請各位同學不要提前購票。
Specifictimeandrequirementsofreturningtoschoolwillbenotifiedseparatelyaccordingtothesituationofepidemicpreventionandcontrol,pleasedonotpurchasereturningticketsinadvance.
五、繳費Payment
2022級新生繳費時間和方式另行通知。
Thetimeandwayofpaymentfor2022Freshmen(undergraduates,postgraduatesandlanguagestudents)willbenotifiedseparately.
非2022級學生須于9月11日前完成繳費，
方式如下：
TheNon-2022Freshmen(undergraduates,postgraduatesandlanguagestudents)shouldfinishthepaymentbeforeSeptember11thasfollows:
1.中國境內(nèi)學生（本科、研究生、語言進修生），通過東北財經(jīng)大學校園統(tǒng)一支付平臺完成繳費。
(1)InternationalstudentsinChina(undergraduates,postgraduates,andlanguagestudents)shouldcompletepaymentthroughtheunifiedpaymentplatformofDUFE.
2.中國境外學生（本科、研究生、語言進修生），通過東北財經(jīng)大學校園統(tǒng)一支付平臺或銀行匯款（人民幣）完成繳費。
將匯款憑證發(fā)送至
(2)Overseasinternationalstudents(undergraduates,postgraduates,andlanguagestudents)shouldcompletethepaymentthroughtheunifiedpaymentplatformofDUFEorbybankremittance(inRMB).
