劍橋教師專業(yè)發(fā)展資質(zhì)認證(CambridgeProfessionalDevelopmentQualifications,劍橋PDQs)是劍橋國際考評部推出的旨在幫助教師和教育管理者職業(yè)技能提升的一項專業(yè)認證。認證課程提供符合學校特性的項目設計，與國際前沿教學理念接軌，聚焦于專業(yè)思維和教學實操技巧的提升，構建全球化專業(yè)發(fā)展社區(qū)。認證主要涵蓋四個領域：課堂教與學、教育領導力、雙語教學和數(shù)字化教學。

CambridgeProfessionalDevelopmentQualifications(CambridgePDQ),isoneofanumberofroutesthatCAIE左邊offer右邊steachersandleaderstoenhancetheirprofessionalpractice.Theaccreditedcoursesarebasedoninternationalbestpracticesthathaverealimpactandvalue,creatingaglobalizedlearningcommunity.Itcontainsfourprogrammes,TeachingandLearning,EducationalLeadership,TeachingBilingualLearnersandTeachingwithDigitalTechnologies.

劍橋教師專業(yè)發(fā)展項目共分為三個模塊，每個模塊研修時間約為120個小時。每一個模塊又分為三個環(huán)節(jié)：引導學習、自主與協(xié)作學習和實踐學習。模塊1學習合格后，將會由劍橋國際考評部頒發(fā)PDQ證書（Certificate）；模塊2和模塊3學習合格后，將會頒發(fā)PDQ文憑（Diploma）。整個課程涵蓋了教師專業(yè)學習理論、主動學習策略與技巧、教學評價手段使用、聽評課與反思教學等領域，其中雙語教學領域，融入了CLIL（ContentandLanguageIntegratedLearning）雙語教學法，通過簡單易懂的理論學習，側重于實際操練，通過“以練代學”的方式將眾多實際教學策略融入到課程任務中去，簡單易上手，便于遷移運用。

CambridgePDQprogrammeismadeupofthreemodulesofguided,individualandcollaborative,andwork-basedlearning,ofwhicheachmoduleinvolves120hoursoflearning.Candidateswouldbecertifiedwithacertificateafterthecompletionofmodule1,andadiplomaafterthecompletionofmodule2and3.Thewholeprogrammecoverstheareasofactivelearningstrategies,assessmentforlearningapproaches,observationsandfeedback,evaluationsandreflections.TheprogrammeofTeachingBilingualLearnersspecificallyfocusedontheareaofCLILteaching,beingassessedthroughcandidateportfolioofevidenceofpractice,learningandreflection.Thepragmaticskillsareeasilytobetransferredintocandidates’dailyteachingeither.

劍橋教師專業(yè)發(fā)展項目對于教師而言，可以豐富日常課堂教學形態(tài)，幫助教師將前沿的教學理念和技巧轉化成可操作性的實踐經(jīng)驗，在實際教學中不斷優(yōu)化，并逐漸融合到教學技能中去。對于學校而言，聚焦貼切于學校實際發(fā)展需求的師資專業(yè)發(fā)展與建設，推動教師間專業(yè)協(xié)作與互動。

青浦協(xié)和籌校之際，申請獲批成為劍橋成員校，緊接著申請了劍橋教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中心，于10月20日獲批。申請成立劍橋教師發(fā)展中心最重要的環(huán)節(jié)是學校的PDQ項目負責人需要通過劍橋國際考評部為期十周的嚴格培訓和認證，合格后方能授權學校。
